This is a recipe shared by Novice Sister Catheter of the Sacred Immaculate Ejaculate
6 red apples
180g brown sugar
2 ltr apple cider
500 ml dry sherry
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger strips
½ tsp lemon peel
½ tsp orange peel
1. Core and heat apples with brown sugar and some of the ale or cider in an oven for 30 minutes.
2. Place in a large saucepan and add rest of the spices and lemon peel, simmer on stove top of 5 minutes.
3. Add most of the alcohol at the last minute so it heats up but does not evaporate.
